Hearing enhancement

We have an induction loop in our Main House. This is suitable for use with both analogue and digital hearing aids. To use this, please book your seats in rows A-F in the front stalls and adjust your hearing aid to the T setting.  Please note that this may not be available during live music performances.

Additionally we have hearing enhancement devices* for analogue hearing aids to relay sound via headsets and neck loops. These devices are free of charge and can be borrowed half an hour prior to the show. Please contact Box Office for more information if required.
*In Studio traverse format only effective in rows F-J.

Familiarisation visits

We offer special tours of the Theatre to anyone who would benefit from them.  This is aimed at people who may find a first visit to an unknown location stressful.  Please contact our Box Office to arrange.

Dementia Friendly

We are proud to be a dementia friendly organisation, many of our staff and volunteers are Dementia Friends.  We aim to make your visit as wonderful as we possibly can to ensure everyone can enjoy live theatre.

What is a Relaxed Performance

These performances are perfect for anyone who needs a more easy-going atmosphere.  They are perfect for adults and children with autism spectrum disorders or physical and learning disabilities, as well as parents with young babies or people living with dementia and their carers.

Performances are adapted with loud sound effects and bright lights toned down and there is a more relaxed attitude to noise and movements during the show.  Chill out spaces are available outside of the Theatre for those that need a break from the show.  A ticket for a performance also usually includes an optional Q&A session with the cast after the show as well as a tour of the set.

Tickets for Relaxed Performances are £10 for over 26s, £5 under 26s and free for babes in arms.
