Theatre by the Lake operates a dynamic pricing policy, which means our prices can fluctuate according to demand. For more information please speak to a member of our Box Office team. This policy means that:
- Our cheapest seats (£12) are now on or near the front row
- Seats get more expensive the further back you sit and as demand increases
- The atmosphere and experience of each performance is much better for audience and actor alike (as we sell seats closest the stage first)
- Prices are no longer fixed (they may go up) so it’s, really important to book early
- Last minute tickets may be more expensive
Customers have three options for ticket delivery:
- Print at home e-ticket (print & bring it with you to the show or scan it directly from your phone); free of charge
- Post (only available 7 days prior to performance); £1.50
- Collect at Box Office before your performance; £1
Performances start promptly – please note that latecomers may not be admitted, or where admission is possible, until a suitable break which, on occasion, may be the interval.
Gift vouchers are available online and from Box Office and can be used to purchase tickets for all performances at Theatre by the Lake.
We also sell National Theatre Tokens.
TBTL gift vouchers are valid for 2 years, National Theatre Tokens do not have an expiry date.
All other terms and conditions apply. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once an online gift voucher has been partially used, any remaining credit can only be used against the same account.
Strobe lighting, smoke and stage effects may be used in productions and will not be advised on printed material as they may not be known until the day of the performance. Please contact us if you have particular concerns.
