The door to the auditorium will open approximately 30 minutes before the start of the performance. (See Your Visit page for up-to-date opening times here)

If there are still tickets available you can buy them when you arrive.

If you already have a ticket, please have your ticket ready to be scanned by a member of our Customer Experience Team.

Our wifi network is TBTL – no password is required

Yes… and you can preorder your drinks when booking your ticket or when you arrive.

To collect pre-ordered drinks, or purchase from the bar, or to pre-order interval drinks, please follow the one way system. There is seating in Spotlight and on the first and second floors and drinks can be taken back to seats in plastic glasses. Please leave glass bottles outside the auditorium.

At the end of the performance Spotlight bar will be open for 30 minutes.

Please note that hot drinks cannot be taken into the Main House or Studio theatre. Hot drinks will be available at the bar until 10 minutes before the performance. Hot drinks will be available for pre-order only at the interval, either in person at the bar, or via your pre-visit text.

It depends on the show, details will be on our website or ask one of the Customer Experience Team on arrival or our Box Office when you call.

If there is an interval, the bar will be open for in person purchases and collection of pre-ordered drinks.

There are hand sanitising stations at every entrance to the building and auditorium.

All our Front of House areas are naturally ventilated and are monitored for CO2 levels. Our Main House auditorium had an air handling system, which runs within current CIBSE guidelines.

We follow an enhanced cleaning regime within the building with touchpoints and toilets cleaned regularly.

Mask wearing is a personal choice for customers, staff and volunteers. We have masks for any customers who would like one on arrival.

Children aged under 4 will only be permitted to Family Friendly or Relaxed Performances.

Children under the age of four will only be admitted to shows featuring the Family Friendly tag and Relaxed Performances. Booster seats are available on request. Babes in arms (up to 18 months) will not be charged for a family friendly show if the age guidance is 2+, but you must book a free lap seat alongside your ticket purchase, which allows them to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the performance.    You can add a free Lap Seat Ticket to your online booking in the Supplementary Events section during the online booking process, after you’ve selected your main tickets. Alternatively, you can contact Box Office directly.  For shows suitable for children under age 2, a ticket for the adult and child must be purchased.

Lakeside Car Park can be very busy so it may be worthwhile considering other options or arriving a while in advance and exploring Keswick.
