We’re looking for new Trustees who share our passion for theatre and the transformational power of the arts.
This is an exciting time to join Theatre by the Lake as we plan for the future with ambition and focus. This year we’re marking our 25th anniversary. We’re celebrating our history, connecting with past, present and new audiences and supporters and looking ahead to the next 25 years of theatre in Cumbria.
Trustees are actively involved with the theatre’s vibrant management team, particularly with our co-Chief Executives Liz Stevenson (our Artistic Director) and Simon Stephens (our Executive Director) in:
– Developing our strategy and focus
– Extending our reach
– Ensuring our long-term sustainability
We’re particularly looking for applicants with skills, expertise and experience in
– Marketing, Sales an Audiences
– Fundraising
– Inclusivity and Workforce Development
