Building Operations Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Building Operations Manager to oversee the upkeep, development and safety of our theatre. Theatre by the Lake is one of the most beautifully located theatres in the country, sitting on the shores of Derwentwater, Keswick.

As Building Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and safety systems, playing a key role in upholding a robust Health and Safety culture at Theatre by the Lake. You will also be instrumental in planning for the long-term future of our building.

You will work cross-departmentally with our brilliant team to ensure the smooth delivery of theatre activities, and play pivotal part in fulfilling our environmental commitments.

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
