Diarmaid MacCulloch: Making Sense of Christianity and Sex

Sun 16 March | 2:30pm

Emeritus Professor, Diarmaid MacCulloch, seeks to calm fears and encourage understanding through exploring the 3000-year-long tale of Christians encountering sex, gender and the family by paying attention to the complexity and contradictions in the history of Christianity and the Christian theology of sex. He unpacks the history of ordinary and extraordinary Christians trying to make sense of themselves and of humanity’s deepest desires, fears and hopes.
