Theatre by the Lake is one of the most beautifully situated theatres in the world. We’re passionate about our local community and providing employment to those who share a love of our stunning location and commitment to extraordinary theatre for all.

We employ a team of over 25 people throughout our theatre in a variety of departments including Marketing, Finance and Administration, alongside those working to create and produce shows and look after our audiences.

We recognise the unique skills and experiences that come from a diverse workforce, and how that helps us make our theatre the amazing and extraordinary place that it is.
